The Just4All project ended in September with a final round table on public policy entitled: “Building bridges for a just transition: adult learning at the heart of Europe’s green and social future.” Coordinated by SOLIDAR, based in Brussels, the project brought together AONTAS (Ireland), ABF (Sweden), ICAR (Cyprus), and the Ligue de l’enseignement. Its ambition is to support the potential of adult learning and education to contribute to a just transition for all.

The round table, held on September 24, 2025, brought together the project partners as well as representatives of European civil society and policy makers, including Victor Negrescu, MEP from the S&D group. The conference also provided an opportunity to present a roadmap and a toolkit developed within this framework.

The roadmap offers policy recommendations on mobilizing adult learning and education to advance a just transition. It is aimed at policymakers, civil society, and educators, offering concrete solutions for integrating adult education into policies promoting green and digital transitions.

This roadmap is part of the toolkit, which compiles the results of the Just4All project. It includes national reference documents, feedback from interactive training sessions conducted as part of the project, examples of good practices, and much more. This toolkit is a comprehensive set of resources and practical methods for civil society and educators who want to mobilize adult learning and education to contribute to a just transition for all.
