Launch of the Second Year of the European Project Just4ALL
From November 12 to 15, the Europe and International department of La Ligue de l’Enseignement, represented by Océane Danieli and Adrien Grillot, traveled to Nicosia, Cyprus, for the European launch meeting of the second year of the Just4All project, coordinated by the European network Solidar.
Based on the concept of a “just transition,” the Just4All project aims to offer vocational training focused on ecological transition to ensure it does not further exacerbate inequalities.
Just4All is particularly attentive to the position of women, migrants, and low-skilled workers in the labor market.
Through its national partners, the project is implemented locally in four countries: in France by La Ligue de l’Enseignement, in Sweden by ABF, in Cyprus by CARDET, and in Ireland by AONTAS.
The first year of the project involved collecting and analyzing existing best practices and initiatives, as well as drafting a national report for each country.
In the second year, the project will culminate in the completion of an eight-module MOOC by April 2025, designed for adult educators.
Starting in January 2025, La Ligue de l’Enseignement will pilot the module dedicated to local citizen initiatives promoting ecological transition and environmental education within its network.
