Situated right in the heart of Brussels, the office offers excellent accessibility and surroundings:
- Transport: A short walk from Parc and Madou metro stations, as well as Gare Centrale; served by the 93 and 92 trams.
- Institutions: Nearby the Flemish, Belgian, and Bruxelles-Wallonie parliaments, as well as the EU quarter.

Private office: A 17 m2 bright, south facing room, ideal for two to three people at a time. Unfurnished.
Shared spaces: In addition to your private office, you will be sharing the following with us, the European Civic Forum:
- A 32 m2 meeting room equipped with basic videoconferencing equipment
- A 10 m2 private meeting/tearoom – ideal for a quick chat or call
- A kitchen with a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave
- Two toilets
- A technical room with a printer and scanner
- A garage located on the ground floor for bike storage
Financial and Contractual Terms:
- Rent: €860 euros per month, all charges included (water, heating, electricity, wifi, etc.)
- Lease duration: 1 year (renewable)
- Notice period: 3 months
